目的 :了解临床骶髂关节疾病的CT表现。方法 :对照骶髂关节骨骼及尸体标本分析研究临床 5 0例不同骶髂关节病变患者的骶髂关节CT平扫片。结果 :不同的骶髂关节病变的CT扫描有不同的表现。结论 :CT能较清楚显示骶髂关节及其周围组织结构 ,对临床骶髂关节疾病的区别及治疗有重要的意义 ,CT扫描是目前诊断骶髂关节病变最理想的检查手段。
Objective: To understand the clinical manifestations of sacroiliac joint disease. Methods: The sacroiliac joint CT scans of 50 patients with different sacroiliac joint diseases were analyzed in the control of sacroiliac joint skeleton and cadaver specimens. Results: Different sacroiliac joint lesions CT scan have different performance. Conclusion: CT can clearly show the structure of the sacroiliac joint and its surroundings, and is of great significance for the differentiation and treatment of clinical sacroiliac joint diseases. CT scanning is the most ideal examination method for the diagnosis of sacroiliac joint disease.
