目的探讨全麻侧卧位手术患者主动参与术前体位试摆放的应用效果,通过施行体位试摆放在手术室开展个性化护理,缓解患者对手术的应激反应,增强自信心,保证手术体位的舒适度,提高患者满意度,满足患者自尊及安全的需要,改善患者的就医体验。方法选取太和县人民医院2013年3月—2015年1月手术室80例全麻侧卧位手术患者,随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组40例实行术前个性化体位试摆放护理,对照组40例实行传统式护理。采用向患者发放自制满意度问卷调查表对2组患者作满意度调查,调查者逐项解释调查内容,对比评价效果。结果通过个性化术前体位试摆放,增进了护患之间的沟通、信任,提高了患者的满意度。实验组患者在受压皮肤及器官、肢体感觉2项满意度(97.5%,97.5%)明显高于对照组(70%,50%),2组满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组满意度调查中不满意4项(0.67%),对照组满意度调查中不满意49项(8.16%),2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过实施个性化体位试摆放,结合患者满意度调查,可以发现工作中的不足,持续改进;鼓励患者主动参与,及时知晓患者的就医体验,使患者术中更安全舒适,有利于手术室优质护理工作的开展。
Objective To explore the effect of active anesthesia in preoperative position test in patients undergoing lateral decubitus surgery and to carry out personalized nursing care through the placement of body position test in the operating room to relieve the patient’s stress response to surgery and enhance self-confidence and ensure operation The comfortable position, improve patient satisfaction, patient self-esteem and safety needs to meet, improve the patient’s medical experience. Methods Taihe County People’s Hospital from March 2013 to January 2015 in the operating room 80 cases of general anesthesia in patients with lateral position surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, 40 cases were performed preoperative personalized position test and 40 cases in the control group were given traditional nursing. Satisfaction surveys were conducted on two groups of patients by issuing self-made satisfaction questionnaires to the patients. The investigators explained the survey items one by one and compared the evaluation results. The results of personalized preoperative position test placed to enhance the communication between nurses and patients, trust, improve patient satisfaction. There were significant differences in satisfaction between two groups (P <0.01) in the two groups (97.5%, 97.5%) in the experimental group compared with those in the control group (70%, 50% ; Unsatisfied with 4 items (0.67%) in satisfaction survey of experimental group, 49 items (8.16%) unsatisfied with satisfaction survey of control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Through the implementation of personalized posture test, combined with patient satisfaction survey, we can find the lack of work, continuous improvement; encourage patients to take the initiative to participate in, timely understanding of the patient’s medical experience, so that patients surgery more secure and comfortable, is conducive to the operating room Quality care work.
