当前世界经济的大转变 ,主要表现为经济全球化的不断加强。世界经济是由西方发达国家占主导地位 ,发展中国家的发展受发达国家的制约。但世界经济的变化 ,总是给发展中国家带来机遇和挑战。在进入 2 1世纪的时刻 ,发展中国家又站在新的起点上。经济全球化产生的巨大利益绝大部分为发达国家所占有。发展中国家也有可能抓住这个机遇 ,进入信息时代 ,以信息化带动工业化 ,但是需要一定的主客观条件 ,没有这些条件 ,发展中国家将有被经济全球化浪潮抛在后面的危险。
The major changes in the current world economy are mainly manifested in the continuous strengthening of economic globalization. The world economy is dominated by the developed western countries and the development of the developing countries is restricted by the developed countries. However, the changes in the world economy always bring opportunities and challenges to the developing countries. As we enter the 21st century, developing countries are at a new starting point. The vast majority of the enormous benefits generated by economic globalization are owned by developed countries. Developing countries are also likely to seize this opportunity to enter the information age and bring about industrialization through informatization. However, they require certain subjective and objective conditions. Without these conditions, developing countries will be at risk of being left behind by the wave of economic globalization.
