为了有效地评价运动员的身体素质,我们觉得测试每个运动员在各项身体参数指标中的进展情况是极为重要的。(包括:力量、速度、爆发力、灵活性、肌肉耐力、有氧状况、柔韧性以及身体成份。) 我们每月一次对运动员进行九种测试,这九种测试代表了上列八项身体参数指标的六项。并从九种测试中计算出每个运动员所得的总分,按每个运动员所得总分的高低排名列榜,公布于训练室中。这样,每个运动员可以清楚地看到自己逐月的进步情况,并很容易知道自己在队里的排名情况。
In order to effectively evaluate the physical fitness of athletes, we feel it is extremely important to test the progress of each athlete in various physical parameters. (Includes: Strength, Speed, Blast, Flexibility, Muscle Endurance, Aerobic State, Flexibility and Body Composition.) We conduct nine tests on athletes once a month, which represent the eight body parameter metrics listed above Six. And from nine kinds of tests to calculate the total score of each athlete, according to each athlete’s total score ranked list, published in the training room. In this way, each athlete can clearly see his progress on a monthly basis and easily understand his position in the team.
