The risk management in project cost has always been one of the focuses of everyone’s attention. This article also studied the related issues of project cost management. The article analyzes the related concepts of project cost risk and risk management, and focuses on the identification of project cost risk, the treatment of project cost risk and the strategy of project cost risk management.
