大革命时代,株洲八叠乡(今芦淞区曲尺乡)的农民运动开展得红红火火,曾被誉为湘潭模范第一乡,闻名遐迩,涌现出了以汪先宗、汪起凤为代表的英雄人物。汪起凤是从封建营垒中冲杀出来的无产阶级革命女杰。她出身封建家庭,年轻早寡,不仅因坚决向封建家庭造反而名噪一时,而且在秋收暴动时,因领导一系列震惊三湘的农运大风暴而使敌人丧胆。至今,她英勇牺牲虽已80余年,但她的英名和光辉事迹,仍在人民中广泛传颂着。
In the era of the Great Revolution, the farmer movement in Badachu Township of Zhuzhou (now Quqiao Township, Lusong District) was booming. It was once known as the first township of model of Xiangtan and was famous for its heroic characters such as Wang Xianzong and Wang Qifeng. Wang Qifeng is a proletarian revolutionary who has been rushed out of the feudal camp. She was a feudal family, young and widowed, not only fame for resolutely rebeling feudal families, but also for fear of losing her enemies during the Autumn Harvest riots by leading a series of stormy peasant farms that stunned Sanxiang. Although she has heroically sacrificed more than 80 years ago, her fame and glorious deeds are still widely spoken among the people.
