我科于1983年1月～1987年5月参考有关资料应用5—FU治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎54例取得了明显效果,现简要报道如下。资料和方法 54例均为住院患者,男17例,女37例;平均年龄31.4岁;主要症状为上腹正中或左上腹痛、发热伴淀粉酶升高,尿淀粉酶(温氏法)128u39例,256u8例,512u5例,1024u2例;有11例出现轻度黄疸。治疗后均补作胆囊或胆道造影,15例(包括黄疸的4例)作B超检
Our department in January 1983 ~ May 1987 with reference to the relevant information on the application of 5-FU treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis 54 cases achieved significant results, are briefly reported as follows. Materials and Methods 54 cases were hospitalized patients, 17 males and 37 females; the average age was 31.4 years old; the main symptoms were abdominal pain in the upper middle or upper left or upper left, fever with increased amylase, urine amylase (Wen’s method) 128u39 cases , 256u8 cases, 512u5 cases, 1024u2 cases; 11 cases of mild jaundice. After treatment, make up for gallbladder or cholangiography, 15 cases (including 4 cases of jaundice) for B ultrasound
