水文档案是人类在长期的社会实践中,逐渐积累的关于水、水文和水文资料的知识。本文主要阐述了水文档案在防汛抗旱中的作用及其所产生的经济效益和社会效益,并指出做好防汛抗旱档案的管理工作,将有利于推动防汛抗旱事业的发展。
Hydrological archives are the accumulated knowledge of water, hydrology and hydrological data that humankind has accumulated in long-term social practice. This paper mainly expounds the function of hydrological archives in flood control and drought relief as well as the economic and social benefits it produces. It also points out that the management of archives of flood control and drought relief will be conducive to promoting the development of flood control and drought relief.
