1997年3月21日,卫生部和电子工业部在北京召开了国家“八五”科技攻关项目——中国医院信息系统(CHIS)技术鉴定会。此项攻关是1993年3月国家计委批准立项,由电子工业部组织,卫生部主持,由卫生部医院管理研究所、众邦慧智计算机系统集成有限公司完成的(专题合同号:85—712—13—01)。 鉴定委员会听取了攻关组关于CHIS系统研制工作总结报告、技术报告、网络工程报告和用户报告,到北京医科大学附属人民医院进行了现场考察,检查了文档资料。鉴定委员会经过认真讨论,一致认为:
On March 21, 1997, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Electronics Industry held the national “8th Five-Year Plan” scientific and technological research project - China Hospital Information System (CHIS) technical appraisal meeting in Beijing. This project was approved by the State Planning Commission in March 1993. It was organized by the Ministry of Electronics Industry and presided over by the Ministry of Health. It was completed by the Ministry of Public Health Hospital Management Institute and Zhongbang Huizhi Computer System Integration Co., Ltd. (special contract number: 85— 712-13-01). The appraisal committee heard a summary report, technical report, network engineering report and user report of the research group on the CHIS system development work, and conducted an on-site inspection at the People’s Hospital of Beijing Medical University to check the documentation.
