继前段时间成交量不断飞跃后,本期钱江新城区块的成交量出现了明显的回落。据透明售房网成交数据显示,本期钱江新城共成交房源174套,环比上期的380套,整整缩减了一倍之多,跌幅达到了54.2%。究其原因,与区域无新增供应量大有关系。前两期该区域得益于蓝色钱江的热销,成交量大幅上升。但随着该楼盘可售房源的缩减,外加区域其他楼盘可售房源有限的现状,致使该区域本期成交难上新台阶。从具体成交楼盘看,本期蓝色钱江依旧领跑整个区块,78套的销量虽然比上期200多套减少了很多,但依旧位列区域成交排行榜之首。此外,本期晓庐和水岸枫庭也有不俗表现。
