目的通过对新疆额敏县布病监测,掌握疫情动态,为疫情预测及制定防治对策提供科学依据,最终全面控制额敏县人间布病。方法根据卫生部下发的《全国人间布鲁氏菌病监测方案》中规定的调查方法及调查表格开展布病监测。结果2008年新疆额敏县监测布病人数1 041人,阳性人数12人,其中牧民阳性2人,农民阳性4人,屠宰者阳性1人,兽医阳性2人,干部阳性3人。结论布病疫源仍广泛存在,我们应采取相应的措施,积极做好布病的防治工作,有效的杜绝布人间布病的发生。
Objective To monitor the incidence of brucellosis in Emin County of Xinjiang and grasp the epidemic situation so as to provide a scientific basis for the prediction of epidemic situation and the formulation of prevention and treatment measures, and ultimately control the human brucellosis in Emin County. Methods According to the survey method and survey form prescribed in the “National Human Brucellosis Surveillance Program” issued by the Ministry of Health, the surveillance of brucellosis was carried out. Results In 2008, the number of brucellosis cases detected in Emin County, Xinjiang was 12, including 2 positive for herdsmen, 4 positive for peasants, 1 positive for slaughter, 2 positive for veterinary and 3 for cadres. Conclusion The prevalence of brucellosis is still widespread. We should take appropriate measures to actively prevent and control brucellosis and effectively prevent the occurrence of brucellosis.
