南宋赵与虤《娱书堂诗话》保存了大量时人诗作,尤其是江西籍诗人的作品,不仅可为《全宋诗》补苴罅漏,且有益于两宋宗室文学创作的深入研究。是书传本罕见,书名亦经改易,元明之际未见刊本。《四库全书总目》所收为范氏天一阁藏一卷本,钱曾《读书敏求记》作四卷,今通行本皆以清《读画斋丛书》所收二卷为底本,实因未见国立台湾图书馆藏汲古阁本《娱书堂诗话》四卷。
