我国是发展中国家中吸收外国直接投资最多的国家。我国从国情出发，借鉴国际经验，在利用外资方面取得了举世瞩目的成绩。任何收益的取得都必须付出相应的成本，利用外资效应也突出地表现为收益和成本两个方面。本文主要针对外商直接投资方式，结合我国利用外资的实践，对我国利用外资成本在产业安全、资源配置、反通货膨胀、环境保护、民族文化保护诸方面进行实证分析和理论探讨，并提出相应对策，以期完善对外资利用的监管及调控
My country is the country that absorbs the most foreign direct investment in the developing countries.
