由山东省化工规划设计院设计、山东鲁南化学工业集团公司承建的水煤浆气化及煤化工国家工程研究中心1000吨/年甲酸甲酯柔性装置近日建成投产。该装置采用CO与甲醇液相催化羰基合成甲酸甲酯新工艺,CO部分由化工部西南化工研究院负责设计和成套供应变压吸附装置;自动控制系统选用英国欧陆公司生产的DCS6000系列产品,整套工艺装置技术达到90年代初世界先进水平。据了解,该套装置为国内第一套生产商品甲酸甲酯的装置,更重要的是该装置可利用其“柔性”生产多种产品,适于进行工程研究和开发。 甲酸甲酯是甲醇化工的主要产品,为碳一化学结构
The 1,000 ton/year formic acid methyl ester flexible device of coal-water slurry gasification and coal chemical national engineering research center designed by the Shandong Provincial Planning and Design Institute of Chemical Industry and Shandong Lunan Chemical Industrial Group Co., Ltd. was recently put into operation. The device adopts a new process of liquid-phase carbonyl synthesis of methyl formate by CO and methanol. The CO part is designed and supplied by the southwest chemical research institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry to provide pressure swing adsorption equipment; the DCS6000 series products produced by the UK Continental Company are used for the automatic control system. Process equipment technology reached the world advanced level in the early 1990s. It is understood that this device is the first domestic device to produce methyl formate, and more importantly, the device can use its “flexibility” to produce a variety of products and is suitable for engineering research and development. Methyl formate is the main product of methanol chemistry and is a carbon-chemical structure.
