《反分裂国家法》的制定和施行,是海内外中华儿女的共同愿望和坚定意志,是中华民族根本利益的法律体现。维护国家主权和领土完整是包括台湾同胞在内的全中国人民的共同义务。我国制定《反分裂国家法》有充分的法理依据,必将得到包括台湾同胞在内的全体中国人民的拥护和国际社会的广泛支持。
The formulation and implementation of the Anti-Secession Law are the common aspiration and firm will of the sons and daughters at home and abroad and are the legal embodiment of the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation. To safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity is the common obligation of the entire Chinese people, including our compatriots in Taiwan. Our country has fully established the legal basis for the “Anti-Secession Law” and will surely receive the support of all the Chinese people, including our compatriots in Taiwan, and the extensive support of the international community.
