采用EBERHART和RUSSELL回归模型对烤烟品种 (系 )主要经济性状的稳定性进行了测定 ,采用主效可加、互作可乘(AMMI)模型对评吸总分的基因型与环境互作效应进行了分析 .结果表明 ,烤烟品种的产量、级指和上等烟比率等经济性状因环境不同而存在变异 ,品系 910 2的产量、级指和上等烟比率均为最高 ,且适应范围较广 ;VA4 2 7的综合经济性状次之 ,具有特殊适应性 ;Coker 371产量最低 ,但具有较高的级指和上等烟比率及良好的稳定性 ;品系 9714 ,X972 6的综合经济性状较差 .烤烟品种的评吸总分存在显著的基因型与环境互作效应 ,VA4 2 7和 910 2的评吸品质的稳定性较好 .
The stability of the main economic traits of flue-cured tobacco varieties (lines) was determined by using EBERHART and RUSSELL regression models. The genotype and environmental interaction effects of the total score of smoking were evaluated using the model of main effect additive and interaction (AMMI) The results showed that the economic traits such as yield, grading index and superior tobacco ratio of flue-cured tobacco varieties varied due to different environments. The yield, grade index and superior tobacco ratio of strain 910 2 were the highest and their adaptation range was wide ; VA4 27 has the second largest comprehensive economic traits and has special adaptability; Coker 371 has the lowest yield, but has a higher level finger and superior tobacco ratio and good stability; the comprehensive economic traits of lines 9714 and X972 6 are poor There was significant genotype - environment interaction effect on the total smoking score of flue - cured tobacco varieties, and VA4 2 7 and 910 2 had better smoking quality stability.
