随着我国信息化技术的快速发展,智库平台在各领域广泛应用,致使具有丰富资源的高校图书馆在智库平台的建设与应用方面也在快速发展起来。智库在发展过程中,不断与其它的国家相比较,从而发现更好的技术,不断学习国际先进智库的发展经验,使我国在智库方面的发展越来越完善。随着我国社会逐渐向着信息化时代发展,所以高校图书馆智库平台在构建的过程中应该跟上时代的步伐,满足新时代的需求,在发展的过程中肯定会有一定的竞争力,要想在竞争中占据主导地位,在构建图书馆智库平台的时候就必须就应该向着信息智库方向发展。在构建高校图书馆智库平台的时候可以从以下几个方面入手:服务定位、资源构建、服务内容及方式构建、机制构建以及影响力拓展等几个方面,这样更有利于高校图书馆与智库的相互促进和谐发展。
