配电网最大线损值计算方法及应用研究

在线损管理中,对于用户窃电行为所造成的损失一直缺乏有力的考核依据,大多是根据长期工作经验判断是否发生了用户窃电行为,这给降损管理措施带来了困难。本文应用配电网最大线损值判断是否发生用户窃电现象,若确定在配电网中发生了大量用户窃电现象,进一步应用局部最大线损值判断用户窃电现象发生的大概位置。
