当前,随着部队实战化训练的不断发展,影响和制约实战化训练的因素也在不断增加,如何在实战化训练中提高安全意识,树立安全理念,筑牢安全防线,是提高实战化训练安全的重要因素之一.本文从如何筑牢实战化训练安全管理发展理念,解决思想认识“偏”;扭住实战化训练安全管理关键环节,解决落实标准“低”;改进实战化训练安全管理方法手段,解决制度落实“松”;构设实战化训练安全管理环境条件三个方面进行了阐述,为解决当前部队实战化训练安全管理存在的问题提出了相应的建议.
