说服教育是我军思想政治工作的重要手段 ,通过说服让人信服 ,是政工干部的一项基本功 .实施有效的说服教育应把握四个方面 :分析受众态度形成改变的成因 ,是实施有效说服教育的基础 ;提供令人信服的信源 ,是实施有效说服教育的关键 ;选择适当的形式 ,是实施有效说服教育的重要环节 ;抵制反宣传 ,是巩固说服教育效果的重要保证
