高校美术教师创新能力是高校美术学科及其教学的特殊性对高校美术教师的现实要求。本文通过对高校美术教师创新能力的制约因素的分析,论述当前我国高校美术教师创新能力发展存在的主要问题,提出提高普通高校美术教师创新能力的途径。
