[目的]探讨农药对人体、畜禽类污染的危害及其对策。[方法]分析农药污染的环节、被吸收的途径和残留的危害,提出相应的控制措施。[结果]农药对生物有直接和间接污染,可残留在农作物和其它动植物食品中,通过食物链富集被人体吸收而影响健康。[结论]生物体中农药污染危害严重,治理农药污染关系生态环境与人们健康,要加强宣传教育,完善监管机制,定期开展监测,采取相应措施,减少农药污染的危害。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the harm and countermeasure of pesticide to human body, livestock and poultry. [Method] Analyzing the link of pesticide pollution, the way of absorption and the harm of residue, put forward the corresponding control measures. [Result] Pesticide had direct and indirect pollution to living things, which could remain in crops and other animal and plant foods, and was absorbed by human body through the food chain to affect health. [Conclusion] Pesticide contamination in organism was seriously endangered. Pesticide pollution was controlled and the relationship between ecological environment and people health was strengthened. Publicity and education should be stepped up, regulatory mechanism should be improved, monitoring should be carried out regularly, and corresponding measures should be taken to reduce the harm of pesticide pollution.
