一个人如果起床时心情不好,会影响到一天的情绪。家长以不同的方式叫醒孩子,也会产生不同的结果。假如早上家长是用一种命令似的口吻或是很粗暴的态度叫醒孩子:“都几点了,还不起床?再不起床.就晚了……快点.别再让我叫你一次……”孩子就在烦躁的情绪中开始一天的生活。成人可以很快地调节自己的心情,但幼小的孩子却无法很快适应眼前的生活。相反,如果采用温馨怡爽的方式叫醒孩子,孩子将会以积极、愉快的心情,充分地享受新一天的生活。所以,我想出了一些愉快的叫醒方法,让孩子每天都很高兴地起床,快乐地迎接每一天! 早上,我会俯下身去,轻轻叫着
