“教师主导,学生主体”已是老生常谈,如何在教学活动中贯彻落实才是难点。结合教学模式的更新论述师生关系在教学活动中的动态变化。课前导学和课后延伸时,教师要站在学生身前,当一个智慧的引领者;课堂交流与探究中,教师要站在学生身旁,当一个平等的分享者;学生自学自结时,教师要站在学生身后,当一个见机行事的服务者。阐明了主导与主体地位在教学活动中的具体体现,具有较强的操作指导性。
