本文报导了用光刷与红闪联合治疗儿童弱视74例133眼,总有效率为94.70%,基本治愈率为75.94%;其中轻度弱视总有效率为95.83%,基本治愈率为84.37%;中度弱视总有效率为93.0%,基本治愈率68.90%,重度弱视总有效率87.5%。基本治愈疗程平均1.7个月,轻度弱视1.5个月,中度弱视2.5月。中心注视型与非中心注视型弱视总有效率分别为95.27%与93.75%,基本治愈率分别为77.64%与72.9%。9岁以下各年龄组之间总有效率与基本治愈率均无显著性差异,9岁以上与9岁以下二者则差异显著。作者认为光刷与红闪联合治疗弱视可强化对视觉神经不同部位,不同类型细胞的刺激而增强疗效。
This paper reports the combined treatment of light brush and red flash in 74 children with 133 cases of amblyopia, the total effective rate was 94.70%, the basic cure rate was 75.94%; mild generalized mild amblyopia was 95.83%, the basic The cure rate was 84.37%.
