中考的改革需要学生平时就养成一个良好的锻炼习惯,自觉地根据中考的要求,对所有项目进行科学的练习,这样才能在最后的考试中达到要求,真正实现体育考试的意义。学生要达到中考的要求,就必须在教师的指导下主动地加以练习,在平时就要根据考试要求合理安排自己的训练计划,让自己各方面身体素质都不断地提高。学生如何安排自己的练习,怎样科学地练习,成了我们大家关注的课题。笔者通过加强对学生体育中考项目自主练习的策略指导,让学生在练习中寻找到适合自己的练习方法和技巧,有计划地安排自己的训练内容,并逐渐形成良好的锻炼习惯。
The examination reform requires students usually develop a good exercise habits, consciously based on the requirements of the entrance examination, all projects for scientific practice, so as to meet the requirements of the final examination, the real meaning of the physical examination. Students to meet the requirements of the exam, we must take the initiative to be under the guidance of the teacher to practice, usually based on the examination required reasonable arrangements for their own training programs so that all aspects of their physical fitness are continuously improved. How students arrange their own exercises and how to practice them scientifically has become a topic of concern to all of us. By strengthening the self-practicing strategy of the PISA exams, students can find their own practice methods and techniques in their exercises and arrange their own training contents in a planned way and gradually form good exercise habits.
