目的探讨内镜下尼龙绳套扎联合高频电凝电切术治疗消化道大息肉的使用方法 ,并评价其疗效及安全性。方法对40枚消化道大息肉(>10mm)先行尼龙绳套扎,再行高频电凝切除;2周后内镜复查创面愈合情况。结果 40例中38例一次性套扎并切除成功,成功率为95%;2例无法套扎而改其他方法治疗。术中发生渗血2例,均微波和钛夹止血成功,无大出血及穿孔病例。2周后复查发现31例创面完全愈合,5例创面处形成浅溃疡,2例创面仍有残留组织。结论内镜下尼龙绳套扎联合高频电凝电切术治疗消化道大息肉是一种有效、安全的好方法 。
Objective To investigate the use of endoscopic nylon ligation combined with high frequency electrocoagulation in the treatment of digestive tract polyps and to evaluate its efficacy and safety. Methods A total of 40 digestive polyps (> 10mm) were ligated with nylon ropes and then removed by high frequency electrocoagulation. The wounds were examined by endoscopy two weeks later. Results 38 cases of 40 cases of ligation and ligation success, the success rate was 95%; 2 cases can not be lined instead of other methods of treatment. Intraoperative bleeding occurred in 2 cases, both microwave and titanium clip to stop bleeding, no bleeding and perforation cases. After 2 weeks of review, 31 wounds were completely healed, 5 cases of wounds formed shallow ulcers, and 2 wounds still had residual tissue. Conclusion Endoscopic nylon ligation combined with high frequency electrocoagulation in the treatment of digestive polyps is an effective and safe method.
