冠状动脉侧支循环是心脏在缺血状态下的一种被动保护方式。它的建立对缺血区心肌的血液灌注、心功能保护和心肌电活动的稳定都起到一定的作用。因此通过冠状动脉造影分析冠状动脉侧支循环的开放程度与病人的临床状况,是我们本研究的目的。
Coronary collateral circulation is the heart in the ischemic state of a passive protection. Its establishment has a certain effect on the blood perfusion of ischemic myocardium, cardiac function protection and the stability of myocardial electrical activity. Therefore, coronary angiography by coronary angiography analysis of the degree of openness and the patient’s clinical status, is the purpose of our study.
