目的:通过研究芫花甘草不同配伍比例的HPLC指纹图谱,探讨其化学成分的相互作用及变化趋势。方法:采用HPLC对芫花甘草不同配伍比例的指纹图谱进行比较,并用HPLC-ESI-MS对共有峰进行初步归属。结果:芫花甘草不同比例配伍对其中化学成分的溶出具有一定的规律性。随甘草比例升高,芹糖甘草苷、芹菜素5-O-β-D葡萄糖苷、芹糖异甘草苷、羟基芫花素、甘草酸的溶出降低;芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷,在1∶1配伍比例中溶出最多。结论:芫花甘草配伍后成分的溶出降低,从而可能降低其药理作用,从化学成分角度研究评价中药配伍禁忌提供思路和方法。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the interaction and trend of chemical constituents by HPLC fingerprint of different combinations of Glycyrrhiza glabra. Methods: The fingerprint of different combinations of Glycyrrhiza glabra by HPLC was compared by HPLC, and the common peaks were initially assigned by HPLC-ESI-MS. Results: Different proportions of Dahurian licorice licorice had certain regularities for the dissolution of chemical components. With the increase of the proportion of licorice, the dissolution of celery glycoside, apigenin 5-O-β-D glucoside, canagoside isoflavone glycyrrhizin, hydroxy genkwanin, glycyrrhizin decreased; apigenin -7-O-β-D - glucuronide, dissolution ratio in the 1: 1 ratio up. CONCLUSION: The dissolution of the constituents of the decoction of Glycyrrhiza glabra decreased and its pharmacological action may be reduced. The ideas and methods of assessing the incompatibility of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of chemical composition were provided.
