本文以中国水电八局有限公司加纳布维项目为例,对中资企业在非洲加纳如何处理劳资关系问题作一探讨,以期为公司海外工程项目如何与所在国工会建立良性互动关系,加强对所在国劳务的管理提供一些可资借鉴的思路和建议。
In this paper, we take a case study of how to deal with the relationship between labor and capital of Chinese-funded enterprises in Ghana in Africa with the example of the Ghana Buwei project of China Hydropower Co., Ltd., in order to establish a benign and interactive relationship between the overseas engineering projects of the company and the trade unions in the host country, National labor management provides some ideas and suggestions for reference.
