检察官职业道德是检察官正确履行其职责的保证,是法律从业者应该遵守的最基本的规则。在依法治国、从严治党的今天,检察官作为反腐败的核心力量之一,其更应该恪守其职业道德,确保其职务的廉洁性。本文通过分析检察官职业道德的重要性以及研究职业道德遵守与预防检察系统违法违纪行为的联系,更好的为检察机构正常化运作所服务。
Prosecutor’s professional ethics is a guarantee for the prosecutor to properly perform his duties and is the most basic rule to be followed by legal practitioners. In governing the country according to law and strictly managing the party, the prosecutor, as one of the core anti-corruption forces, should abide by his professional ethics and ensure the integrity of his position. By analyzing the importance of prosecutor’s professional ethics and studying the relationship between professional ethics and preventing prosecution system’s violation of law and discipline, this article serves the normalization of procuratorial organs better.
