以一座钢管混凝土拱桥为研究对象,通过荷载试验的结果及有限元分析的结果进行了该钢管混凝土拱桥的安全状况评估。静载试验表明拱肋的整体刚度较设计值低并且实测应力大于设计值;横梁的刚度满足规范要求,但实测应力超出规范要求;桥面板上的贯通裂缝的宽度在加载时增大,卸载时不能完全恢复;各吊杆无松弛现象。动载试验表明面内及面外第一阶频率分别为1.484Hz及0.587Hz;跨中处的冲击系数较设计值大;以20km/h车速行车时,跨中加速度幅值大于容许值。评估结果表明必须采取措施加强拱肋及横梁刚度及强度,修补桥面板裂缝,改善桥面板平整度,以便桥梁健康运营。
Taking a CFST arch bridge as the research object, the safety status of the CFST arch bridge was evaluated by the results of load test and finite element analysis. The static load test shows that the overall stiffness of the arch rib is lower than the design value and the measured stress is greater than the designed value. The rigidity of the beam meets the specification, but the measured stress exceeds the specification. The width of the through crack on the bridge deck increases when loaded, Can not be fully restored; the suspenders without relaxation. Dynamic tests show that the first-order frequencies of in-plane and out-plane are 1.484Hz and 0.587Hz, respectively; the impact coefficient in the mid-span is higher than the designed value; when the vehicle travels at 20km / h, the amplitude of the mid-span acceleration is greater than the allowable value. The assessment shows that measures must be taken to enhance the rigidity and strength of arch ribs and beams, repair the cracks in bridge decks and improve the flatness of bridge decks in order to ensure the healthy operation of bridges.
