高职药学专业办学的主要目的就是培养一批在医药生产、管理及服务方向水平较高的技术技能人才。目前的医药行业无论是从管理上还是生产销售服务上对于人才的需求都是非常大的。因此,高等职业教育中的药学专业对于未来人才培养来说是一个十分有发展前景的专业。高职院校在进行药学专业课程设置时要以培养学生的职业能力为主要出发点,要充分做到教学紧贴社会,紧贴未来实际工作中的岗位要求,只有这样,才能真正实现为社会输送具有综合性实力的药学人才的最终任务。
