目的:被动吸烟对小鼠胃肠道动力的影响。方法:采用正常环境小鼠和被动吸烟环境下的小鼠进行胃排空(甲基橙胃残留率)和肠道蠕动(炭末推进率)试验,观察小鼠在不同环境中胃肠道运动的结果。结果:浓度3.93%(烟碱含量)烟熏环境中的小鼠与较正常环境中小鼠的甲基橙胃残留率和炭末推进率均降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。浓度11.80%烟熏环境中的小鼠胃排空率低于7.87%烟熏环境的小鼠(P<0.05),7.87%烟熏环境的小鼠炭末推进率低于3.93%烟熏环境的小鼠(P<0.05)。结论:不同被动吸烟环境对小鼠胃肠道动力有抑制作用。
Objective: Passive smoking on mice gastrointestinal motility. Methods: Gastric emptying (residual rate of methyl orange residue) and intestinal peristalsis (charcoal propulsion rate) test were conducted in normal and passive smoking mice to observe the gastrointestinal motility the result of. Results: Gastric gastric residual rate and charcoal propulsion rate of mice in the smoked environment with the concentration of 3.93% (nicotine content) were lower than those in the normal environment, and there was a significant difference (P <0.05). The gastric emptying rate of mice with a smoke density of 11.80% was lower than that of 7.87% smoke mice (P <0.05), and that of the mice with a smoke concentration of 7.87% was lower than that of the mice with a smoking rate of 3.93% Mice (P <0.05). Conclusion: Different passive smoking environment can inhibit gastrointestinal motility in mice.
