本文制定了用直流电弧法制备15种单元或二元稀土氧化物探针分析标准样品的方法。测定了标样的主要技术指标:微区域(1μ~3)的均匀性、稳定性指数。提出了微区域成分均匀性和稳定性的判别依据。探讨了La_2O_3、Pr_6O_11、Nd_2O_3和Sm_2O_3在二元稀土氧化物中稳定性提高的原因。讨论了标样定值、均匀性、稳定性等制备探针分析标样的有关问题。最终提供了可供探针分析使用的15种单元或二元的稀土氧化物系列探针分析标准样品。
In this paper, a method of preparing standard samples by 15 DC elements or binary rare earth oxide probes by direct current arc method has been developed. The main technical indexes of the standard samples were determined: the uniformity and stability index of micro-area (1μ ~ 3). The criterion for determining the uniformity and stability of micro-region components is proposed. The reasons for the improvement of the stability of La 2 O 3, Pr 6 O 11, Nd 2 O 3 and Sm 2 O 3 in binary rare earth oxides were discussed. The problems of standard sample preparation, such as standard value setting, uniformity and stability were discussed. Finally, 15 types of standard binary or rare earth oxide series probes for probe analysis are available.
