第一现场2006年是我国航天事业创建50周年。2006年10月12日,国务院新闻办公室发表了《2006年中国的航天》白皮书。这是自2000年我国政府首次发表《中国的航天》白皮书以来,第二次以白皮书的形式,对我国今后一段时期航天事业发展的有关情况作出介绍和说明。据白皮书介绍,我国将继续实施五大航天工程:第一是载人航天工程,第二是探月工程,第三是高分辨率对地观测系统,第四是中国“北斗”卫星导航系统,第五是大型运载火箭。这五大工程被称为“221”工程,通过“221”工程,我国要攻克一批具有全局性、带动性的关键技术
The first site in 2006 was the 50th anniversary of the establishment of China’s space industry. On October 12, 2006, the State Council Information Office published a white paper entitled “China’s Aerospace in 2006”. This is the second time since the Chinese government published the White Paper on “China’s Space” in 2000, and for the second time, in the form of a white paper, it will give an introduction and explanation of the development of the aerospace industry in the future. According to the white paper, China will continue to implement the five major aerospace projects: the first is the manned spaceflight project, the second is the lunar exploration project, the third is the high-resolution earth observation system, and the fourth is the Chinese “Beidou” satellite navigation system. The fifth is a large launch vehicle. These five major projects are called “221” projects. Through the “221” project, China will have to overcome a number of key technologies that have overall and stimulating effects.
