上海汽车工业中生产的692和490Q发动机均采用稀土-镁球墨铸铁曲轴,所用球墨铸铁牌号为QT60-2。使用中曾发现某些质量缺陷。为解决这一问题,在上海拖拉机汽车工业公司领导下,通过上海球墨铸铁厂、上海货车制造厂、上海汽车发动机厂、上海材料研究所等单位共同协作、研究了稀土-镁球墨铸铁曲轴铸造工艺及金相组织对其综合机械性能的影响。取得一定成果,现将试验工作总结如下:
The 692 and 490Q engines manufactured in the Shanghai Automotive Industry all use rare earth-magnesium nodular cast iron crankshafts, with ductile iron grades QT60-2.
