活动性 SL E患者 CD2 3 + 与 CD2 5 + 表达呈正相关 ( r=0 .4 0 0 8,P“,”Objective: To investigate the changes of T、B cells and the relationship between them in patients with systemic lupus erythematousus(SLE) Methods:The expressions of CD23 +,CD25 +,CD19 + surface antigen on peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)were detected with ABC immunohistochemistry in 30 SLE patients before and after treatment and in 23 normal controls Results:The expressions of CD23 +,CD25 + in SLE patients were(7 9±1 5)%,(27 2±6 4)% respectively much higher than normal controls[(1 6±1 1)% and(4 4±1 7)% respectively( P 0 05) However, the expression of CD25 + was decreased after treatment,but it was still higher than that of controls( P 0 05) There was a positive correlation between the expressions of CD23 + and CD25 + in active patients with SLE( r =0 4008, P <0 05) Conclusion:In patients with active SLE,both T and B cells are activated,taking part in immunoregulation The activation of B cells is related to the activated T cells The mainly changes of T、B cells are abnormality of quality However,the abnormality of T cells is not likely to be corrected
