科技部在2003—2006年期间新建了48个国家重点实验室。为了进一步加强新建国家重点实验室的运行管理,促进实验室相互交流,科技部基础研究司计划分三期举办新建国家重点实验室管理研讨会。研讨会的主要内容包括:由基础司领导介绍“我国基础研究总体状况和‘十一五’发展规划”;
Ministry of Science and Technology in the period 2003-2006 48 new state key laboratories. In order to further strengthen the operation and management of the newly established State Key Laboratory and facilitate the exchange of laboratories, the Basic Research Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology plans to hold a seminar on the management of new key national laboratories in three phases. The main contents of the seminar include: Introduction by the leaders of Basic Department of “the overall situation of basic research in our country and the development plan of the 11th Five-Year Plan”;
