使用移液管移液时,一般用口或吸球(洗耳球)吸取。前者有将溶液吸入口内的危险;后者吸入速度慢,有时将溶液吸入吸球中对试液产生污染。我们初步设计制成了一种叫做定量移液杯的玻璃仪器。它虽不能完全取代移液管,但可以代替大部分用移液管定量转移溶液的工作。现将其结构、使用方法介绍如下。 1.定量移液杯形状如图1所示。制作时可作成10毫升,15毫升,20毫升,25毫升,50毫升等规格。该杯主要分为两部分,V_1为量液器,V_2为余液泄流储存器。V_2的容量约为V_1的三分之一到四分之一。
