钟利,男,汉族。原籍辽宁省铁岭市,1960年9月生,哈尔滨工业大学管理工程研究生学历,高级工程师。自1983年8月东北大学(原东北工学院)冶金系毕业后分配到东北轻合金有限责任公司工作以来,先后担任东北轻合金有限责任公司生产处计划科副科长、轧板分厂副厂长、生产处处长、副总工程师、总经理助理、副总经理等职,2002年12月被任命为东北轻合金有限责任公司副董事长、总经理、党委副书记。
