目的对纵条矶海葵(Haliplanella luciae)进行生物碱成分的研究。方法采用包括HPLC在内的多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,应用多种波谱学方法,主要是MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR和2DNMR,结合文献对照确定化合物的结构。结果从纵条矶海葵的甲醇提取物水溶性部位中分离鉴定了3个吲哚生物碱成分:tryp-toline(1),1-甲基四氢-β-咔啉(1-methyltetrahydro-β-carboline,2)和β-吲哚乙胺(tryptamine,3);以及1个嘌呤生物碱成分:2-甲基亚氨基-3-甲基-6-甲基氨基-9氢-嘌呤(2-methylimino-3-methyl-6-methylamino-9H-purine,4)。结论所有化合物均为首次从纵条矶海葵科中获得;吲哚、嘌呤类是该种海葵中生物碱成分的主要类型。
Objective To study the alkaloid composition of Haliplanella luciae. Methods A variety of chromatographic methods including HPLC were used to separate and purify the compounds. Various spectroscopic methods were used, such as MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and 2D NMR. Results Three indole alkaloids were isolated and identified from the water-soluble fraction of the methanol extract of Anemone somachii: tryp-toline (1), 1-methyltetrahydro-β -carboline, 2) and tryptamine (3); and one purine alkaloid component: 2-methylimino-3-methyl-6-methylamino-9-hydro-purine -methylimino-3-methyl-6-methylamino-9H-purine, 4). Conclusion All the compounds were obtained from the sea anemone family Acrididae for the first time. Indole and purines are the major alkaloid constituents of this species.
