应用放射免疫方法测定176例各年龄组健康儿童及25例健康成人血清内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)浓度。结果新生儿血清EDLS浓度明显高于成人组及1个月以上各年龄组。1月~14岁小儿血清EDLS浓度为(215.2±34.9)ng/L,各年龄组之间差别无显著性意义。本研究建立了各年龄组健康儿童血清EDLS浓度的正常参考值;提出进行洋地黄血药浓度测定时,要考虑内源性类洋地黄物质的存在。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the concentration of serum endogenous digitalis (EDLS) in 176 healthy children of all age groups and 25 healthy adults. Results Serum EDLS concentrations in neonates were significantly higher than those in adults and all age groups of more than 1 month. The serum EDLS concentration of children aged from January to 14 was (215.2 ± 34.9) ng / L, with no significant difference between all age groups. This study established a normal reference value of serum EDLS concentrations in healthy children of all age groups. It is proposed that the determination of the concentration of endogenous digitalis in the determination of digitalis blood concentration should be considered.
