银耳中的营养成分和矿质元素与栽培环境有密切关系。综合应用主成分分析(Principal component analysis,PCA)、聚类分析(Clustering analysis,CA)和Fisher判别分析方法对20个不同银耳样品的营养成分和矿质元素进行段木和袋料2种栽培方式的判别。结果表明,3种分析方法能很好地区分段木银耳和袋料银耳,其中Fisher判别分析方法更适用于银耳栽培方式的判别。结果得出银耳营养成分和矿质元素初始分组判别率分别为100.0%和95.0%,交叉验证分组判别率分别为100.0%和85.0%。
Tremella nutrients and mineral elements in the cultivation environment are closely related. A total of 20 cultivars of Tremella fuciformis were collected from two different cultivars, including woody and bagging, using principal component analysis (PCA), clustering analysis (CA) and Fisher discriminant analysis Discrimination. The results showed that the three analytical methods could distinguish the Tremella fuciformis and the Tremella fuciformis well, and the Fisher discriminant analysis method was more suitable for the determination of Tremella fuciformis. The results showed that the discriminant rates of 100% and 95.0% of the initial components of the fungus and the mineral elements of the white fungus were 100.0% and 85.0%, respectively.
