喜看复式教学之花在偏僻的山沟里开放——一所畲族小学复式教学的经验体会

我们九岱大队,全部是畲族人,分散居住在偏僻的山沟里。大队共168户,694人。其中学龄儿童84人。根据我们少数民族的居住特点,以及大队经济基础差,又缺小学,多年来都是采取复式教学的形式。今年一到四年级编为两个班,一、三复式班和二、四复式班学生各31人;教师2人。(其他学龄儿童进中心校和夜校学习) 几年来,我们办的复式教学班是有成绩的,表现在学生出勤率高,学习成绩逐步有了提高,如今年区里对我校二、四年级抽考,结果二年级的语文平均分为64.7,四年级的平均分为71.3。学生读了四年后,大部分都能上中心校继续学习。据中心校调查,由我们输送去的学生,能遵守纪律,学习比较自觉,书写 Our nine Dai brigade, all She people, scattered living in remote ravines.
