目的了解中山市食品铅污染状况。方法按照广东省食品污染物监测计划并结合中山市实际情况,采用食品卫生检验方法中石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对全市各生产厂家、商场、超市及农贸市场的18大类食品中铅污染情况进行检测。结果全年共采集18大类食品1365份,铅含量检测值范围为0.005~12.400mg/kg,监测样品合格率为98.53%;蔬菜、皮蛋的铅含量超标较严重,超标率分别为24.24%和13.33%。结论中山市食品中铅污染状况不容乐观,应加强对食品污染物的卫生管理和监测。
Objective To understand the food lead pollution in Zhongshan City. Methods According to the food contamination monitoring program in Guangdong Province and the actual situation in Zhongshan City, the lead contamination in 18 categories of foodstuffs from various manufacturers, shopping malls, supermarkets and farmer’s markets in the city was determined by the method of food hygiene inspection by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry Detection. The detection limit of lead content ranged from 0.005 to 12.400 mg / kg, and the pass rate of monitoring samples was 98.53%. The lead content in vegetables and preserved eggs exceeded the standard seriously, exceeding the standard of 24.24% 13.33%. Conclusion The situation of lead contamination in food in Zhongshan is not optimistic. Health management and monitoring of food contaminants should be strengthened.
