随着我国经济建设的进一步发展,极大的促进了我国建筑工程项目的建设与发展。在建筑工程的建设过程中,做好相应的造价成本预算,是实现建设项目工程造价成本管理、保证项目投资管理目标更好实现的重要因素之一。根据大量的数据资料显示,做好建筑造价的成本预算,是提高施工企业经济效益,确保其在激烈的市场竞争中获得优势地位的重要措施。本文在对建筑造价成本预算的重要性进行分析的基础上,对建筑造价成本预算风险成因进行了探讨,并提出了相应的解决,以供相关人士参考。
With the further development of China’s economic construction, it has greatly promoted the construction and development of China’s construction projects. In the process of building construction, making the corresponding cost cost budget is one of the important factors to realize the cost cost management of construction project and to ensure the goal of project investment management. According to a large amount of data, it is an important measure to improve the cost-effectiveness of construction enterprises so as to increase the economic benefits of construction enterprises and ensure their advantageous position in the fierce market competition. Based on the analysis of the importance of the construction cost cost budget, this paper discusses the causes of the construction cost cost budget risk and puts forward the corresponding solutions for the reference of relevant parties.
