制备了不同酸度的催化剂HM0301,HM1301,HM2301,HM3301,HM4301,探讨了催化剂载体酸性质对正戊烷异构化的影响。考察了离子交换对催化剂酸性质的影响及钠离子交换度对催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,NiMoHM双非贵金属催化剂的异构化活性随着丝光沸石残钠量的降低而提高,铵交换可以改变丝光沸石分子筛的表面酸性质使酸度达到最佳分布,从而有利于提高异构化的活性;残钠量接近1.35%时,催化剂性能最好:正戊烷转化率67.2%,异戊烷收率62.2%,异戊烷选择性92.5%,液体收率96.1%。
The catalysts HM0301, HM1301, HM2301, HM3301 and HM4301 with different acidity were prepared. The effects of the acidity of catalyst support on the isomerization of n-pentane were investigated. The effects of ion exchange on the acidity of the catalyst and the effect of sodium ion exchange degree on the catalyst performance were investigated. The experimental results show that the isomerization activity of Ni-Mo-HM double non-noble metal catalysts increases with the decrease of the residual sodium content of mordenite. The ammonium exchange can change the acidity of the surface of the mordenite zeolite so that the acidity reaches the optimal distribution. Thus, Which can improve the isomerization activity. When the residual sodium content is close to 1.35%, the catalyst performance is the best: the conversion of n-pentane is 67.2%, the yield of isopentane is 62.2% and the selectivity of isopentane is 92%. 5%, liquid yield 96.1%.
