通过文献查阅和对动脉粥样硬化动物模型的研究现状进行分析,我们发现国内外已有大量关于动脉粥样硬化动物模型的研究。但各个模型的造模因素均存在很大差异,给模型的复制带来了很大困难。小型猪由于生理特点及发病过程与人类相似,已被广泛用于制备动脉粥样硬化模型的研究。同时采取复合因素造成动脉粥样硬化病变的造模方法已经成为被更多学者所认同的趋势。其中以高脂饲喂和球囊损伤两种方法为主。该文通过造模动物、饲料配方、介入手术等方面为小型猪动脉粥样硬化模型提供构建思路。
Through literature review and current research on the animal models of atherosclerosis, we find that there are a lot of studies on animal models of atherosclerosis both at home and abroad. However, there are great differences in the modeling factors of each model, which brings great difficulties to the replication of the model. Miniature pigs have been widely used in the study of preparing atherosclerosis because of their physiological characteristics and pathogenesis. At the same time to take a combination of factors causing atherosclerosis modeling method has become more and more scholars agree that the trend. Among them, high-fat feeding and balloon injury are the two main methods. This article provides the construction idea for the model of miniature pig atherosclerosis by modeling animal, feed formula and interventional surgery.
