在我国非煤地下矿山,振动放矿是一项正在推广中的实用技术。尤其是在溜井及合适的采场出矿漏口,用振动放矿机取代常规的漏斗闸门,能够有效地改善出矿效果,取得良好的经济效益,因此在国内上百个矿山企业,迄今已有近千台振动机投入生产应用或工业试验。但实践亦表明,为了获得预期的效果,特别是在刚开始推广的矿山,尤须注意统筹处理好机型选择,参数调定,以及维护管理等实际问题。 (一)机型选择 目前,国内使用的振动机型号繁多,结构特征各不相同,所用电机功率由3千瓦到22千瓦不等,机体轻者仅464公斤,重者达3.6吨,且大都是有关矿山自行设计制造的,
